Live Fire Masterclass
Learn from the County's best Live Fire Expert, "Shropshire Lad" Adam Purnell..
Adam will be teaching you how to Roast, Grill, Smoke, Bake & BBQ over charcoal & wood using ancient Kadai Firebowls, Big Barrel Drums, Komado Joe Ceramic BBQ & Weber BBQ.
They'll be plenty of opportunities to get hands experience and a huge amount of food will be made (and consumed!)
Course runs 9.30 am to approx 4.30 pm with 4 Beers or Soft drink per person, as well as a huge late lunch sampling all the dishes made!
